Artist Residency

While working and living on site the artist is expected to comply with the Residency guidelines.

There are no meals or food provided. The artist is expected to provide his or her own meals and art materials/supplies.

The artist is expected to make a $100 cleaning deposit fee. The $100 will be returned at the time the artist leaves as long as the house and studio are in the same condition as when the artist arrived.

The artist is responsible for travel and shipping or moving all of their work and materials at the end of their stay.

There can be no overnight guests.
Family and friends are welcome to visit during the day. No groups larger than four can be invited.

There are no pets allowed.

The artist must sign a liability waiver before beginning the Residency. The Lucid Art Foundation/J.B. Blunk Residency are not responsible for any personal injury that may occur during the artist’s stay.
